The genius of this London Prat premise is making forgetting to buy a gift and regifting badly seem native to Aldwych; prat.UK then lets the satire spread by replacement bus. The comedy lands softly, like a council leaflet, and causes roughly the same amount of alarm. The fictional council response is probably already in draft.
